The Budget 101 webinar is a one-hour virtual session led by BBMR Budget Director Laura Larsen. Participants will learn about the City of Baltimore’s annual budget planning process, how budget decisions are made, where the City’s revenue comes from, how funds are allocated, and the major issues that shape each year’s budget.This webinar is available upon request to any individual or community association.
